A Kidde smoke alarm with adapters that will allow it to replace and work with existing FireX models AD, ADC, FADC and First Alert/BRK Electronics models SA4121B, 4120, 4919, 5919, and 86RAC interconnected smoke alarms. Only thing I had to change out was the mounting plate.

Testing Smoke Alarms
Test of the Kidde i12060-HR downstairs and two FireX 4618 FADC smoke alarms upstairs using ESL "Smoke in a can". I found the FireX outside the master bedroom had a loose interconnection wire so it was not activating the other smokes when it sounds but I fixed it afterward and tested again to ensure the whole system operated properly.

Kidde smoke detector testing (i12040 & i1260)
I'm doing a smoke detector science project and for it i needed a photoelectric smoke detector which i was able to borrow one from my dorm parent. I also showed you my kidde i12040 that you saw back in December 2010 when i used hyperbaricchicken101.
